Char, I just got off the phone with "Ike". The reason that he didn't answer your email, or mine, is that they no longer represent LS Capital. However they still have a stock interest in the company. CHIP isn't going belly up, they have little debt and may even get cash flow soon on their conventional mining operation. CHIP still holds claims to the playa clay properties. IMO there is little downside risk here and nobody should underestimate Montle for making deals. Maybe I'll take an even bigger bite of this dog.
