Joe,

Thanks for the thanks.

Your comment on my posts preventing you from throwing in the towel scares me because I've heard the same thing from many others who have seen huge paper loses but chose to hold on. If my posts have really made a difference then GOD forbid how low the market manipulators would have trashed Vivus(my guess is below $1.00/share).

I know at least 3 individuals who are holding 100,000 shares of Vivus and have continued accumulating as it traded under $3.00.

FWIW I have a cost basis of about 11 and need to see about 13 to make up for all my loses shorting internut stocks in 1998.

I wont be selling any time soon.

I firmly believe that unless Vivus gets bought out we will eventually fill that gap from 15 to 21.

VLAD

PS A Ferrari would be nice. Is that a red Ferrari or a Nina Ferrari?

The VLAD would be happy with a big party celebrating a Vivus come
back. My only requirement would be that Leland participate and
you string him by his toes as a party pinata. We use a baseball
bat and as a token of your appreciation the VLAD goes first. Talk
about releasing suppressed anger! I'd probably have to go to the
hospital to be treated for two dislocated shoulder joints when I
finished my turn.

Ferrari for VLAD...

Relax, VLAD; Joe means the car, NOT Nina.

Even if VVUS goes to zero, we're still going to get you a Ferrari; it's just that it'll be from Revell and you'll have to assemble/paint it yourself.

Thanks for the nice post. Our day is approaching. We have gotten started in an upward trend. We should see 10 by July and possibly a lot sooner.

Unless more news breaks immediately, we will quiet down the volume over the next week or two to prepare for the next move up.
