Two or three days ago, I posted my views on why I thought Intel would warn. (either on this thread or the Myth thread). I explained that most firms today believe that if they don't warn, and if there has been any insider selling preceding a negative quarterly release, a "class action attack" is likely.

Boy, has that turned out to be a timely post. (g)
