Paullie, we are all wondering about the bondholder consent. Since IDTC has not announced an extension publicly, most of us assume there are ongoing negotiations which must be near to conclusion in terms of gaining consent.

This is reasoned speculation and not fact--however the strength of the stock price supports the speculation. I expect consent to be announced on Monday or Tuesday, followed by announcement of IPO/spinoff and the corporate investor.

No, they have no deadline on providing any info on consent solicitation or institutional investors. There may not even be any investors. All this stuff is in the works. See my previous post right b4 this one for details on what consent solicitation is for.
