You said to me in a PM that you sold all of your stock before the price dropped under 5c. NEVER said such a thing. I do not discuss the buying and selling of stock with anybody. Go ahead and ask those who I have shared many good times with, if I ever revealed this information to them. Denying that you ever said that to me will not change the fact that you did indeed say it. Since PMs after a month or so are automatically deleted, you know that I cannot simply paste your PM here for all to read. So sorry to burst your bubble counselor but you are WRONG!!!! PM's are much like public posts, if you have the linked messages (numbers) you can access them. So, how confident are you that I told you I sold my shares? You sir, are the FRAUD. You bluster about like you can produce the evidence, but you have NOTHING. Would YOU like to go to a court of law with your claims knowing I might be able to produce the proper links? You also said to me in a PM that you had a lot of bad information on this company. My reply to you was that if you would share what you had we could research it and then post the findings. What I told you was that I had a lot of questions. That I had done extensive research and I did not like my findings. This is quite a stark contrasting statement than the one you want to portray. Yes, you did ask that I privately send you my findings/questions and I did not as I told you that they were not conclusive rather speculative. However, now you demand proof of such questions, when the company does not provide proof on anything. When in fact, it has been shown that the company has provided information in PR's that they have not been able to secure or backup, and to date has never provided official clarification of. And this is acceptable with you. The company is not responsible for proof but an investor who questions is. The first tangible proof, imo, we have seen from the company is the name and symbol change. And, might I inquire how many months ago we heard that this had already taken affect (name)? Did you examine the www.otcbb.com site when it was posted? It listed a symbol change for PRWT to PABN but said the company name was PureWater... and NOT PanAmerican...check out the PR's ... how many months have they been listing PanAmerican as the name of the company? Shouldn't this send up a few red flags to you, counselor?
