Big KNY3, Off label uses could be promoted by a company, with new FDA rules in effect (no reference or link at this moment).

The promotion could consist of "acceptable peer review journal published research" given to physicians, but not hype (dinner is acceptable).

The abstract you post is in the category, because it will be presented in an "acceptable" forum, and many of these abstracts are published months later in full detail.
