Wah Wah Wah ... Mommy, Colleen, Anyone .... That buffoon is getting to me again ... The Justice Department when such actions are brought seem to indeed have full discretion as to whether they join this case.(http://www.quitam.com/quitam6.html ) It is important to note that since they did so, there must have been some merit. But then you already knew that didn't you? How is it that the US saw enough merit in the case to take it over from the Virgin Island prosecutor? It was after all a qui tam action. >>>>>
