on to a more pressing issue (pardon the pun), but the side panel navigation is acting up again. clicking on bookmarks opens a new browser page. happens from time to time, then goes away. this is one of those times.

sorry to interrupt the great freedom of speech topic (yawn) that some state's attorney's husband was fudging all up.

maybe there's a side panel navigation suit in here somewhere? hmmmm....

So SI can do what they please, target certain people, keep the money makers (for SI) no matter how illegal their operation.

Sounds like a good deal, for them...

ROFL! According to that logic, a membership site is permitted to do anything it wants,
simply because they announce in advance that they might, and make you "agree" to it in
order to join.

A civil contract containing provisions which are in violation of federal or state laws is
invalid and unenforceable.
