OK, I understand you now, and won't feel sorry for you (my loss as booked and described to you from last year was bigger!).

Please investigate if you wish, I don't think you'll be finding out anything more than you pick a bad time to enter this play (welcome to the club). If you do though, let us know- and a prompt "thank you" will be issued for your diligence.

Personally, I think this startup has a shot at being a recognized player in what will be one of the most amazing energy developments of the next century. The main bet? may be on Ballard, but if DCHT can sustain itself thru this most difficult period, rewards to its holders will surpass Ballard. The returns will completely overwhelm any prior losses (if booked), and well ranks as one of those risks worth taking even if all investment funds in it are in jeopardy. That's the play.

Much luck to you in the future.

Francois; if that is your real name, you are a obviously a much bigger schmuck than I originally thought.

Thank you for posting the real reasons you bought and sold DCHT;

1), you now state that you bought it on the recommendation of an anonymous poster called Stock Watcher.

2) you sold it because Sotck Watcher allegedly warned people about DCHT. ( Funny, that's not what he told me).

3) " DCHT is the only stock I decided to sell at a loss in 1999, so
far. The reasons: I read SID's post and realized he was right."

Tell me something,

If and when DCHT is at 4 and you are crying about all the money you didn't make, are you going to turn on your on-line guru's, the one's whom you now have admitted publicly that caused you to make your decision, as you have surely attempted to turn the sentiment against myself, and now Rickmas.

You are of course the bigger fool, and you may also have violated the law.

Not that I want to help you out of the embarrassment you have already caused yourself, but Northwestern University is DCH President Dr. Bill Firestone's alma mata, and the donation of those shares has nothing at all to do with Rickmas, nor is he an employee of DCHT, any more than I am.

I do corporate development work that is true, but I do it for RAM capital, so make sure in your email to the SEC you get it right.

Additionally, let me know when you send it, so I can call them and get your real name, address and phone number in case my attorney decides you are interfering with my contractual relations, in which you will find yourself defending a tort action.

Think I am bluffing?

Go get yourself to a law library and pick up the latest copy of Prosser and Keeton on torts, and read about the intereference of contractual relations and prospective advantage; and read further on misrepresentation by ommission. Yourbig mouth is about to put a gaping hole in your wallet.

Lauren, Alan, Don; thank you for your sympathy, but reality is...

that DCHT is the only stock I decided to sell at a loss in 1999, so
far. The reasons: I read SID's post and realized he was right.
Then, I read those of the alleged
(im)postor, H2Oshinsky, alias Sir Alexx, alias Dr Harvey, PR
and head of Corporate Development at DCHT (#reply-8300915)
and had run to the toilet to puke!

For the record, I live very confortably from my full time
investing in stocks and am up 44% in the last 2 months, so
please, don't feel sorry for me. Anyway, the following day, I
called my broker and told him to sell at a loss because I do not
want to be associated in any shape or form with such a
Company. When appraised, "Stock Watcher" checked the facts
and promptly dumped DCHT from its Index and warned
investors to be careful.

Now, I know that many of you longs in DCHT think that I am
right, but only say so in PM's to me, not wanting to attract the
ire of H2O and his faithful cohorts. You are all waiting for a
jump in price to unload your stocks with minimal losses. Good
luck to you; however, the correct solution, in my opinion may be
to realize you made a mistake and terminate the association
before it's too late.

For those who wish me to go away, I won't! The enquiry in the
Company and its promoters has began in earnest and will
continue until everything is in the open. In the meantime, my
regular postings will serve to warn the unwary to be extra
careful before investing in DCHT, as there are a lot of far better
Companies out there.

Those that my posts bother, may just skip them!
Regards, F. Goelo

Sorry Rickmas, you've gone too far without proper disclosure...

E-Mail to: J. Stark, enforcement@sec.gov

Dear sir,

I wish to appraise the SEC enforcement division of the activities
of a certain individual, who posts under the alias of Rickmas on
Silicon Investor's DCHT board.

It is believed that Rickmas is working on some DCHT hydrogen
projects at NorthWestern University that has recently received
payment in DCHT shares worth some $100,000 (see post
#reply-8174874). He is allegedly actively hyping and promoting
DCHT, while being associated with and compensated (directly or
indirectly) by that Company. He has failed to disclose in any of his
various posts, his association, the amount of his reward and the
fact that he may stand to benefit further by his actions. He is
believed to be in breach of Section 17b of the Securities Act.

I respectfully request that the matter be investigated and the results
of the investigation published on the Web. The posts are:

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Sincerely,
F. Goelo

Rickmas, I wish to be fair to you: if there is anything that is not
factual in this post or that you want corrected, let me know this
weekend. In the absence of reply, I will assume all of the above
is correct and will forward to SEC on Monday morning.
