Robert, I would say that a statement "company a is a fraud" may be interpreted that the value currently assigned to the company is wrong, but I must agree that he is getting close to stating that the company is engaging in fraudulent activities.

Wexler should clarify if his statement refer to the actual activities of the company (and VLNC has gone to great lengths to describe all the obstacles it faces, despite the fact that many on this thread chose to ignore these statements), or that the "company is an empty shell" (no earnings, no saleable products as yet and cumulative losses of about $150 MM), and thus a "fraud" as far as its value is concerned.

I personally disagree with both evaluations. Having been and still being involved with many companies in the "development stage", I can appreciate the difficulties encountered by companies like VLNC in bringing their product to market. Just because they face difficulties does not mean that they are "Fraud", it just means that the current valuation of about $210 MM might be rich or very rich. But why should I attempt to translate what Wexler is saying, I am sure he can explain what he meant better than I. I did not read his statement as accusing the company of engaging in fraudulent activities.

What a scam this company is. I can smell it from here.

How many "One thread wonders" are there?
