Bill, interesting, yes. Dawson cashed in big time in 94/95 when VLNC announced they had a purchase order from Motorola that they ended up not being able to fill. Price plummeted shortly thereafter. However, that was then.

More recently, Dawson has acquired shares. The big acquisition came about a year ago when VLNC essentially loaned him the shares. He can pay for them later. However, he did purchase 100,000 shares all on his own.

You can also see that Archibald, the ex-CFO has actually increased his holdings since he "fled/was ousted" from the company. He sold some shares but acquired many more through options exercises. Archibald's transactions may be the most bullish sign of all. If he really "fled" the company because he thought it was dead, why would he use good money to exercise options?

Bill actually, what I found much more interesting with all the selling Dawson did in 1994 at much higher prices than his recent exercise at $5/share or so, for the recent exercise he actually got the company to loan him more than $3 MM (the interest rate is less than 6%). I would have thought he had many times this amount from those sales early on.
