Mr. Gaskins:

I do not take threats lightly. How dare you try to intimidate me with Aims lawyers. I am not about to reveal my name and address on this board. But I will be delighted to have my attorney speak with Aims attorneys, if they would be good enough to contact me through this forum with their address. I'm sure others here would also like to contact them for just such purposes. But whether or not I hear from them I plan to seek restitution by any means necessary.

You are the perfect representative for this company. You offer no pertinent information, disappear without a word for at least six weeks, then return with cheap, inane insults directed at someone who points out Aims real problems: an abysmal performance and total lack of communication with investors. But, of course, still no relevant news. Why? Because there is NO RELEVANT NEWS other than that money invested here has evaporated and continues to evaporate.

In conclusion, Mr. Gaskins, I question your legitimacy. No company--even Aims--would have you as its representative. If you can refute my allegations do so, we are all waiting.

Francis, I beg to differ on this, if you allow me... Francis, the reality is AIMS is/was kind enough to give shorts 6-8 months to cover their short position with 300%-500% profit., if one was smart enough to short it... On the contrary, I would like to hear from you about roll out status, future plans about NASDAQ listing ...

To repeat, if I can say, I would like to see spin off, AIMS.COM ipo very soon...

Thanks,
DB

Mr. Gaskin, Your threat is really idiotic. Maybe you should get an attorny for the apparent bait, pump and dump tactics that appear to go on. How many post did you make of impending financial news ?. All the "major" announcments have millie mouth, non-senseical crap. They are similar to sweepstake stake clearing house verbage, bads news (if you can call it news) couched in very positive, borderline legal, language eg. "aims expects !!", "aims offers free internet to 250 million people" Why not just say aims offers it to 250 billion? Someone in need could convience themselves to believe that crap. Like an investor who's deep in the red on aims.

People on this thread must be getting close to the truth to finally hear you say something. If aims doesn't like what's being said on this thread, Why don't they refute it?

Also, I understand that the "internet stock report" that puts an email and makes aims jump 50%, is paid by aims.
