Sol W.

I have no connection to VGCP whatsoever other than merely as an interested shareholder. I am not paid by anyone in stock or dollars to post anything I write on any thread.

A friend turned me on to this company several months ago. I am intrigued by their business plan and feel that if management can execute it (i.e. land Phase II and III financing and close on the 6 insurance company acquisitions) we will be sitting on a goldmine.

How much is a company worth that has $250 million for acquisitions?

How much will the company be worth when they establish their new administration facilities?

How much will the company be worth when they have $1.5 billion in managed assets?

How much will they be worth when they have electronic banking, securities trading and sales through their portal?

How much will they be worth when their state of the art administration network turns their insurance operations into highly profitable entities?

I obviously don't know the answer to those questions, but I do know that if management can accomplish even 50% of the above, the current .625 stock price will be but a dim memory.

The good news is that we should have a good indication of whether or not the business plan has a chance within the next month or so.

Management has indicated to several shareholders on several occasions that they intend to close at least one financing Phase by the end of this month. Considering VGCP is such a small entity, we should give them some leeway on that prediction, but not too much. If they don't land the financing by the end of April, I will seriously consider selling my position.

Remember, everything depends on the financing. Watch the wires over the next month or so. If they land the financing, everything else becomes not only possible but likely.

If they don't then the stock price will remain under $1 where it will belong.
