Dais,

This whole ball of wax is a judgement call by each individual doctor and patient. As a generalization IMO any guy with diagnosed CAD should avoid Viagra at any dose. Perhaps MUSE and the lowest dose of Viagra can be the best combo for those wanting to take the gamble.

As far as CVD due to causes such as diabetes etc, each individual doctor/patient should weigh the benefits/risks and make their own decisions regarding what they want to try but if they already tried and failed on Viagra how can lowering the Viagra dose and adding MUSE hurt?.

I think the whole point emphasizes the complexity of ED and how practicing medicine is not only science but also art.

Dais...here's a question to you..

What do you think the chances are for the work that DR G Christ is doing on Gene Therapy for ED to also be usefull for women with SD????????

Think about that for a while............
