To be quite frank, your posting that you sold part (60% was it?) of your position and then posting that, no, you didn't sell, forced the perspective that what you say can't be taken at face value. Irregardless of whatever your motives were - good or bad - you have to realize and deal with the fact that that perception now exists. That said, you did ask an important question about the PP. Was it filed, as was stated, or not? Forget who asked the question. The answer to that question is the important thing, IMHO. At least this information is to be included in the 10K. So we will all have access to the details then. Correct?
