<< I believe the panic selloff due to misworded and misinterpreted attorney disclaimers before Christmas discouraged many investors.>>

Fred, I can't believe you continue to tout your "panic selloff" theory. If you recall, to the extent there was a "panic sell" in December, it was because the filing contradicted the misinformation from you and your sources that purchase orders could be expected in early January.

Remember, Fred? The "panic" was because people "misinterpreted" the filings to mean that purchase orders might not be expected before the 2nd quarter.

We are now at the end of the first quarter. Purchase orders were (once again) not imminent at the end of December. And from the action of the stock, and the current SEC filings, it still appears that purchase orders are not imminent. Once again, the SEC filings were accurate and once again, you and your sources were wrong.

I'd suggest you give the December "panic sell" theory a rest, Fred. It simply brings more attention to the pitiful track record of you and your sources.
