Larry, did you forget to mention the report from FRB to the effect that Lev was apologetic for the wordsmithing problems with the Dec S3 and that the selloff was unwarranted? In fact, he was reported to have said that the "testing" referred to UL certs which would not of itself delay PO's. Furthermore, days later, Valence stated that announcement of PO's would be initiated by the OEM, not Valence. The implication, of course, is that this news would not come out as soon as some of us Bulls had assumed. Any relationship between the timetable for announcements of orders and statements in the S3 implying delays is coincidence. In effect, some conclusions reached following issuance of the Dec filing were right, but for the wrong reasons.
