A relevant excerpt, courtesy Yahoo's "Hilowsell":

Well, there's ONE thing that's new, and I ain't seen it mentioned much, if at all, on ANY thread. And it ain't
having to do with the newest set of ID permutations, either. Or space probes, heh! It stems from the latest
SEC filing. As we all know, VLNC ain't exactl known for its sharp focus on that document, is it? Yes it's
apparently a "cut-n-paste" job, and yes it's been done in this fashion, excluding relevant financial data, for how
long......2 years now? Fine! And it was no different this time around, either, EXCEPT for this one little
statement. They state a projection that these much talked about lines will be intergrated and operational(read
here "we'll be ready to go") by end of VLNC's 1st quarter in their fiscal year 2000. This means the end of this
March.
