Tax Question?

Does anyone know if a stock that has been halted by the SEC in
1998 can be used as a tax loss on 1998 tax return?
If so, how is it entered on schedule D?

Thanks

thats a good point..but unfortunately I'm not sure I have access to the same pool of shares that you might have. Right now I am using Discoverbrokerage. Sometimes they have a good supply. Heard that Yamner is pretty good for finding these low float babies--? I do like this type of setup--looking very good!
