You are absolutely correct. They shot themselves in the foot last earnings day. They jammed in 3 or 4 press reports within 24 hours, including a warning about problems shipping, secondary to move to Tenn. DUH - well it seems they are moving closer to their source of business! This is obviously a positive, which is purposefully negated by their caution. What kind of company does this to their fellow shareholders? They could split these announcements to allow digestion of all the factors, rather than beating down MY STOCK! I really like this company, but they have the worst approach to shareholder value I have seen in 30+ years of investing. I am going to jump all over the stock when they plow it under $1.00, and maybe beat them to it, as far as buying back the stock. This is the only logical thing to do. The earnings they are generating are going to pull in a buyer, if they don't buy it back themselves. We are going to see a Sony in here buying up the company if we don't do it ourselves.
