Moreno, I couldn't agree with you more!

I have been screwed many times by the OTC. I hope KRT knows what they are doing in this situation. Frankly, it makes me kind of nervous.

It has been a while since I have posted something on this thread, but I have been long on KRT for a while and I still believe in its fundamentals with FALC. I think they should stay focused on that! If the results are positive then it would be a good time to talk about NASDAQ. It just seems that KRT management doesn't let FALC come to fruition before they get involved in something else.

Just my two cents.

Thu 11 Mar 99 News Release
Mr. Monty Moore reports
Nevada Star has filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, an application for a listing of the company's shares on the U.S. Bulletin Board.
The filing was made and accepted by the exchange on March 3, 1999. It is expected the application will be approved following the normal 60 day review and comment period required by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The board of directors of Nevada Star took this measure to provide a broader market access to shareholders. The Canadian listing on the Vancouver Stock Exchange will be maintained as well.
