This would be great
but by merging with this other
company they will not have to go
by the new OTC rules until I believe 2002
If it is a new listing they must comply by
June 1999.
Just this fact alone says a lot for KRTs actions.
And again KRT splashing the word "NASDAQ" across
the release is what is especially annoying.
It will be interesting to see KRT support their NASDAQ
claim, I believe they will do it with silence.
good luck
Moreno

Interesting way of getting listed.

I know TMI have been after a listing on NASDAQ OTC for a while now and it has been more than 60 days.

I wonder if this attempt will work or backfire on them.

Used to hold KRT myself when it was over $ 2, but I took my lumps and got out.

Anyway you can get off the VSE is justified in my opinion. Except for a few companies (ARP,UTO,FMI), the VSE has been very unkind.

Cheers
