Frank Thanx for the explanation. I guess then that my supposition to Steve was accurate: IDT is employing switches in it's network that are capable of data networking as well as traditional voice or PTSN. Correct? Therefore, ALA's slowdown in the traditional switching business would make sense in light of the fact that everyone wants IP switches now, and they could very well be back logged in making those kind of switches.
