Don, there will be a lot more shares out than that. Closer to 50 million. But even with 50 million shares out, TRKR's market cap is just over $5 million. That's tiny. Once TRKR gets the $3.25 million in cash, and announces some large contracts, and starts showing some real revenues, a reasonable market cap might be $50 to $100 million. That would put TRKR at $1 to $2 per share. And if things really go well for Tracker, we could eventually see a much larger market cap than that. Jeff
