Frost Byte,

Revenues for BII grew dramatically from year to year, which is what most are concentrating on since the news sounds better there.
But, you are right, revenues are little changed from the 3rd quarter. The company has said in the past that although it will continue selling PC's etc. PC's are not where the margins are. They plan to work on other revenue streams with higher margins (i.e. Sound cards, Jewelry, gifts, european site, cable TV sales, etc.)
Right now the company's revenues are literally in its own hands. Just take a look at their site and see how many PC's are for sale. Each variety has only 1 or 2 for sale at any given time. If they increased that number they could instantaneously increase their revenues. But, the Auction PC market margins are slim (at least according to the company).
BII is still in the early stages of development and needs to continue brand marketing to any customer willing to click on its site. Therefore, although I believe looking for higher margin items is good, I think you need to keep a good amount of lower priced items to lure people "into the store". At least that's what we do in the industry I work in.

John
