Norman,

Decided to discuss this on the SDTI thread, rather than the TMex thread...

I'm very familiar with SDTI and their products, but haven't ever looked into the stock until now. It does look cheap.

What's the scoop with Bidzos? Why is he leaving? It seems like a tremendous loss to me and could well be contributing to some of this downturn.

And maybe I'm just being dense, but I'm not sure I understand the connection between his Severance Agreement and his filing of a Form 144 now. He has until September to execute 50% of his options and until December for the rest. Why is he selling 500K shares now? And assuming he is dumping those shares on the market now, isn't that enough to drive down the price?

I'm not trying to be adversarial, just trying to understand.
