I don't know how old you are Bill but my goal is more capital growth than preservation. Maybe when I get to be an "old timer" like you I will shift my strategies accordingly. As far as being "blinded to what is really going on" my eyes are wide open here. If you understood the circumstances behind the insider sales here you would not raise the issue. Petit not doing anything that Bill Gates has not done for years. He is an old man and gradually reducing his position (not that Gates is old) and as far as Shary, he received all his stock from the sale of Hublink to HIE and got zero cash. I would have converted some stock to cash if I were him as well. Now he is financially secure for life and still has a boatload of HIE stock.
