You have been had alright; but it is Sid that has screwed you Francois. Today's sellers are tommorow's buyers. As they say in Espana; Vamos A Ver. And of course you are factually incorrect if you believe that I have violated any SEC regulations concerning being paid by the company. The final denominator will come down to WHEN RAM was paid by the company, and then of course if and when I was paid by RAM, and for what. I have repeatedly reported to this thread that I do this on my own, and I am not employed by DCH or RAM to post messages on threads to promote the companies prospects. the only reason I now carry and post the disclaimer is to cover the " appearance" factor, which I assure you, I am fully prepared to defend in court. The SEC isn't looking for people who use a disclaimer even when they don't need one; they are loking for those that prey on the unsuspecting and then disappear. By your own admission you believe that I have been posting under various different names for well over a year; doesn't that betray your basic premise that as a pump and dumper I would have been long gone by now? You are one of the biggest fools to so far come down the pike, and if and when the SEC comes to me, what they will find is a private citizen who wasn't paid to do the things they object to, but carried the disclaimer when it appeared that shitheads like you would cry foul if he didn't. RAM is not a PR firm and I post on these threads for my own personal pleasure; period, and to enhance my own position. Countering the taunts from little girls like you aside, these threads actually do serve a meaningful purpose, but I am as equally convinced that they never will be policed properly and I have therefore set out to create my own message threads, starting with DCHT. But I have no worries that you'll be posting there, as that would require that you supply me with your real name address and verifiable email. So long putz. Francois, sorry to make you the Butt of more jokes, but your words have new meaning to me this morning. Your claim that the " horrendous loss of 4.2 million " for DCHT and the endless hype from me was the reason yu sold your stock. ) even though you already stated that is was Sid and Stock Watcher, who by the way hasn't responded yet), But this mornings Wall St. journal made me come right back to the computer just to make some more fun of you; There is a front page article in todays wall street journal, followed up on page A8. In the third coluum it reads, and I quote, " Based on US accounting rules Ballard has had a string of annual net losses since going public in 1993, ( under Canadian rules however, it has been profitable for the past two years). For 1998, it posted a net loss of $62.5 million canadian dollars, or $US 40.96 million, on revenue of C$ 25 million or $US 16.45 million. Talk about being duped!!!! Sorry, but the horrendous losses argument is as useless as you.
