I will post other ideas in the evening - I'm trying to categorize them - eg. Promoter perhaps define "promoter" eg one who receives payment in cash or kind or service for making the public, insituitons and retail persons, aware of a companies activities. Then need to define "aware", etc. After defining promter, say what is permissible and what is not permissible. No doubt this type of language exists somewhere, but I am not an attorney, just using logic and what I believe is "reasonable" ie. what a reasonable investor would reasonably expect to see, etc etc etc Thank you, Philip. Whenever I come across someone on SI it restores my faith of my purpose in joining SI and I like to give back so I'd like to see all on SI make money.
