Richard,

Dismissed, MY BUTT!!!!! We have grounds to sue their company into next week. To accuse someone of owing a debt in public without a "Judgement" by a court of law is against the law and an unfair trade practice. Not to mention, that if PLFM can prove their side in court, then it becomes libel and or slander. This has got to be a hoax. First of all, nobody is going to PR a $5,000 debt. The risks are so much higher than the rewards so it just doesn't make sense. If the post were true, then they would be bound now to sue, even if they did get paid since to not prove their allegation would again be slander. Any attorneys out there want this case?
