Papaya, what is the Hawaiian statistic on the breakdown on real estate purchases before and after the big 88/90 wind-down:

How much is purchased by local
How much is purchased by mainlanders
How much is purchased by foreigners
How much is purchased by Asians (subset of the foreigner category)

Asians love to purchase properties for investment/speculation purposes. I bet you can taste the state of Japan's economy by the salt of the wind each morning <GG>.

Oh, your and LT's favorite commodity missed a few steps and is now back to the groud floor yet again. How many times shall it climb before getting out of this ever slippery loop? Picked up NE today at 15 1/4. Will see if it hits $16 tomorrow.

Good points PK.

Like beebs, I was also wondering if you held onto those MU puts! I would think so since you kept tossing around the 20 target.
