OK, first look at 22114. In that one your fraudulent buddy gives us the citation of the case. Then he confirms that he did not bother to look up the case. I suspect because he already knew what was really there but did not think anyone would catch his deception. Then look at 22127 where I post the full text of the case. Still have any doubts, look up the case yourself in the Fed 3rd Reporter. It is word for word. The reporters can be found in any good law library and in many online sites. You will be able to find it if you look, it is public record. Next look at 22408, and then switch over to 22464. I suspect that you will find some way to defend your idiotic fraudulent friend, but perhaps there still burns a spark of reality in there and you will be able to see how wrong he is to continue to misrepresent this case as something that it is not. Really, I don't give a rat's ass if Carl was guilty or not. It is up to jhild to show us that he was or apologize for misrepresenting the case. Like I said, I don't know who wrote the article jhild clings to, nor do I know why, nor do I really care, but I do know that it is wrong about this case, and jhild knows it also. The fact that jhild does none of his own DD and takes anything that even on a bare thread supports his position to the exclusion of all other possibilities tells us that he has no interest in discovering the truth about this company. His only interest is keeping the stock price down, and any way he can accomplish that is just hunkey dory with him. You claimed that you never promised me any information. Now everyone knows that you did. You made some pretty serious charges concerning underworld connections, etc ... I am still waiting for any shred of back-up on your "findings". If any of it is true, I want to know. Likewise if it is false, then I want to know that also.
