KZAP, I will not make a specific broker recommendation to you, but I will make the following suggestion:

If you are an active investor / trader / DayTrader...

...only use a system that offers direct access to the markets. This is a must. Try searching SI "Level II", "brokers", "SOES" or "Direct Access."

...that should give you some good ideas.

National Discount BRokers will be coming out with an all new site in the not to distant future. They claim to have a new provider who will be able to handle the load. They will begin testing it in April as I understand it.

I have been pleased with them overall but have had some minor problems that should be corrected when the new site premieres.
