Barbara, for someone that is talking about plain English, you aren't doing too well here. There have been reports right along that the Reverse Merger has not completed. It is disingenous of you to suggest this bit of revisionist history about last summer, when it was not until the shareholders meeting in late September that there was ever any vote on this. As it is there has still been no official announcement that the merger has completed. It has only been a name and cusip# change after all.

Colleen the Reverse Merger was done last summer. now, barb... it will take me some time to dig up the posts, but it has been reported by NUMEROUS people that this is not fact. Will it be necessary to uncover these posts? Even jdcpa posted otherwise on the feel good thread. And lest I add that I have on numerous occasions posted the Nevada SOS site showing that the PanAmerican Corporation was still in existence. Now, if the RM went into effect during the summer, ummmm, that's AT LEAST 7 months ago, why is the corporation still showing up as being in good standing? Just how long do you think it takes Nevada State Records to update their records regarding a corporation's status? I also am aware that the company claimed that the name change took effect some months back and even had their PR's reflect this, but we know this didn't happen until VERY recently, now, don't we?
