There is NO loss here for Winspear nor any potential for loss.
ABER will be asking the officials to set aside the terms of the contract because-------well because-----well just because. Read their news release.
There is no comparison to be made to SUFs problems with Debeers.

>>Litigation will likely hurt the share price in the near term regardless of the outcome. <<

Don, one might think this to be the case because litigation and dispute implies delay and cost. However I don't believe there is any concern that this litigation will hurt anybody but ABER. They are at risk of loosing a share of the pie. Wsp has nothing to loose. They win and they get more of the pie. They loose and things stay exactly the same as what they are now. The share price of WSP does not reflect an increased share of Snap Lake yet so how can the loss to Aber if it happens hurt the price? Wsp has a no loose situation therefore they are most certainly doing the right thing.

As to the cost, it will be peanuts compared to the increased share of the diamond deposit at Snap Lake.

One interesting comment I picked up on from the Aber release.

>>Aber informed the operator that Aber would pay its share of the budget and participate in the program, including the bulk sampling of a diamond-bearing dyke at Snap Lake. <<

Did you get that folks? "a diamond bearing dyke" That is what it is all about....and that is why Aber are going to litigate and that is why we are all here!!! There is diamonds in them there 'sills'!!!! Lots of them and real purtty ones too! ;?D

Ooolala!!!
