Diamonds, if you are so concerned about the diamond concessions and cast doubt on whose ownership they belong to, i suggest calling the company and getting the facts from them.

There has been assurances from the Minister of Mines of S.L. that Rex would retain all it's former leases. This was put out sometime in the Spring if you have time to go back through previous postings. Whatever DMW has is separate from the Rex concessions.
