TLC USA was established to develop quality laser facilities in which Permanente physicians and community eye care professionals can serve the vision correction needs of Kaiser Permanente's membership and other "self-pay" patients. Initially, TLC USA will concentrate on providing laser vision correction services in California, with plans to also develop centers in other states. Francis J.
