How would you rate the availability of short shares thru Cyber/Penson/DLJ ? IE - could you have shorted CYSP or IMOT today ? Jay

It's a question of who is the intended customer Why pitch the advantages of CyBer over online brokers like E-Trade if E-Trade customers who may be looking to "step up" are not welcome? Not a criticism, just an honest question, especially as this seems to be a new requirement. I'm currently with Waterhouse. It used to be that I didn't meet CyBer's capital requirements. Now that I do, it appears I don't meet their "experience" requirement because I haven't (yet) opened an account with a CyBer competitor. It just seems very strange to this potential customer.
