Wonder what the difference is between a non binding letter of intent and a signed contract is? I'm no lawyer but I think I would go with the signed contract personally.

Have you checked this out then, before you accused me of not being thorough on stock that you own and I don't? Or are you one of these couch potato researchers that thinks doing DD is calling the company IR person. I think it is an interesting conflict in the public statements here. It may well be as you say. But then again it may very well not.

Btw, I research at my leisure, not yours.
