The answer seems simple to me. check the prices before the November meeting. This meeting will go light years better. Venezuala has a new pro-OPEC leader (and have finally come into compliance), Saudi Arabia and Iran have resolved their differences, World demand is improving, and a lot of marginal supply has been shut in. Lastly, the producers are tripping over themselves to cut. Even Russia may cut. There WILL be cuts. My bet is that we're going up, regardless of what some reporters say.
