(OTC BB:MVEE - news), today announced that it has been invited to showcase its film, ''Speedway Junky'', during the Fifth Annual Los Angeles Independent Film Festival being held from April 15th through 20th. The film was one of 25 selected from a field of approximately 1,400 submissions. The screening will be held at 10 p.m. on Monday, April 19 at the 600 seat Directors Guild of America theater in Los Angeles and will be open to the media. Attending the screening will be the movie's stars including Darryl Hannah, Jesse Bradford, Jordan Brower, Jonathan Taylor Thomas with rap singer Warren G, Tiffani-Amber Thiessen, and Patsy Kensit. A limited number of tickets will be made available to the general public by calling 1-888-ETM-TIXS. One of the fastest-growing U.S. film events in size and stature, the LAIFF will feature more than 100, features, shorts, documentaries and music videos. The festival will be headquartered at the Directors Guild with additional screenings taking place at the Laemmle Sunset 5 and the Harmony Gold Preview House.
