Chuca,

Please explain to me the importance of this new rule coming into effect on July 1 and why it will benefit CHIP. And how has CHIP positioned itself? other than saying it wants to be involved with the internet in Europe. Please explain to me how far along they are in this venture.

I am not asking these questions to be rude. They are serious questions. If you guys are on to something I would love to join in.
