Hi T.A.P., The real question is will there be a market in TIPS. In other words, will the spin-off be an IPO in which TNRG sells some of its shares to the public? If that is the case, there will be a market for the shares and why shouldn't we be able to participate? On the other hand, if there is no market, then even if we wanted to we couldn't sell our shares because there would be no place to sell them. What is the situation anyway? Respectfully, SB (a big fan of yours, BTW. Keep up the good work on behalf of us shareholders)
