Yes, that's what I was referring to when I said "we've about paid the price for the dilutive acquisitions." Of course, I contended that the drop has already happened, and thus is priced in. I certainly might be wrong about that, but I hope not :-).

Judging by the way the stock is dropping, this deal may not go through. If it keeps going, the two acquisitions will effectively be taking over Ciena....The timing of this seems wrong, and they should have hinted at possible deals at the time of all their positive forward looking statements. They might just get the s!*t kicked out of them over this....R
