OT*** jmac, I also noticed that the cpq options are dirt cheap, but I have at this point little or no faith in cpq to deliver anymore. wish i thought differently b/c somebody is destined to make a killing on cpq options if it heads back to 40 and can hold.

jmac: My CPQ analysis has been largely supported and updated by yesterday's report from Bear Sterns, who held a conference call with the CPQ CFO on Monday. The whole report is to be found on the following link. When you get there click forward a couple of posts to get my comments on it.

Thanks for the tip on the options.

I have lots of CPQ April 35 and 40 calls. I bought MSFT April 190 calls a while ago @ $3/4, 190 seemed within reach to me, now MSQDL is $4+. We'll see CPQ at $40+ within weeks.
