TICK ALERT So...Silver..... Those shares that you hold that were formerly PRWT. The complaint last month was that PRWT was a shell, and that we all held shares in a shell . This month. The name has changed to PABN and Panamerican bankcorp. So now we hold shares in Panamerican Bancorp PABN. Seems to me, Pan American is a going concern. Now, this PABN is A Deleware corp. ------------------------------------------- This months complaint is that the Panamerican Bancorp Nevada Corporation is still on the Nevada SOS website. The complaint is that maybe this Nevada corp hasn't been merged into the PABN company. Seems to me, that the deals done so far were done with PRWT shares (now PABN) Seems to me, that I hold shares of PABN. Seems to me, that I could really care less about an incorporated company with 25,000 (Yes that's 25 thousand) shares , that was incorporated in Nevada. Seems to me, that the nevada corp had the people to offer. PABN has those people. Seems to me that no Shareholder in PABN should really be concerned about the Nevada corp which cost $125 to incorporate (25000 shares and $125 are the minimum) Seems to me...at this juncture I would rather have PABN deleware, rather than PABN Nevada. But what do I know. Tick that I am. I guess if anyone was really concerned about that Nevada Corp they could go to the Nevada sos site and order the incorporation records for Panamerican Bancorp. at $1 a page and six pages, It's a bargain.
