I am connected indirectly with a few Indian gaming casinos around the country, and I know of NO instances where a Las Vegas interests operates these casinos. The ones I am familiar with usually use a management company which may be comprised of people with experience in AC or LV, but the Gaming Commissions would stomp on the situation you describe. I am familiar with the workings of Foxwoods (largest - in terms of gaming space, most profitable casino in the Western Hemisphere, and second in the world) and the Mohegan Sun casinos in Connecticut, La Quiva outside of Phoenix, the Future Pala Band Casino in California . Do you have contradictory direct experience? Just curious. I don't know 'em all! ;-P
