PABN has stated that they are going to file. Yes they have been saying that one for quite some time there. . . . Here's the scoop...I had a brief face to face meeting with John this morning on his way to Belize. To answer the question of whether there will be a stock split, John said at this moment they are not even considering looking at that issue...it's way too early in the game to tell. But, he also said he would never say never to that issue as that would be foolish. Financial reporting is in the works with the accountants..the 2nd qtr ends this month June 30th, and the financials will be due out about 45 days after this date. Message 5050846
