Business Summary Vignette Corporation is a provider of Internet Relationship Management software products and services, which enable enterprises to develop and manage online customer relationships and capitalize on Internet business opportunities. For the fiscal year ended 12/31/98, revenues totalled $16.2 million, up from $3 million. Net loss totalled $26.2 million, up from $7.5 million. Results reflect an increase in the client base, offset by increases in sales and marketing personnel. Rose Betty
