John, One or two observations about Rich Mora: 1. MTSN is in good financial shape coming out of the downturn (great product shape too) 2. MTSN is only covered by DLJ. Is that not a major responsibility of the CFO to ensure an appropriate interface with the financial marketplace? Clearly, Rich can't be given many marks for this duty. All the same, I believe that MTSN will be rewarded by the street for good earnings. It will just take the street a little longer to discover MTSN. FWIW, Ian.

Thanks, John, for the heads up on the jobs webpage. I counted only about 16 jobs, less than the 25 you saw. All the jobs dated 1998 are gone now, replaced by 16 jobs dated 1999. All the jobs listed are in adminstrative, sales, service and R&D. Nothing in production. I'm not sure what this means. Usually I would expect to see a lot of jobs in production, if the orders are really rolling in. re. how many of the jobs listed now are growth vs. replacing attrition (like the CFO), there's no hint. mattson.com\hr&pg=jobs
